During our recent stay at Takuto Stay Osaka Bentencho, we were impressed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. The modern and new design provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and the bathroom with a bathtub. The convenience of having a washer in the room was a bonus. The location, just a short walk from Bentencho train station, made it easy for us to explore the city. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The noise level from the surrounding area was a bit of a distraction at times, but nothing too extreme that would ruin the experience.

The room was surprisingly large and had a nice balcony to enjoy the view. We also liked the fact that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Another advantage of the location was that it was within walking distance of a train station, which made it easy to explore the city.

The bed was quite hard and could have benefited from a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. there was no clear English instructions provided for the hot water and gas cooker, which made it challenging to figure out how to use them properly.
